Stephen Turner

Managing Director, Face to Face Event Management and Medical Meetings

Stephen Turner has been the Managing Director of Face to Face Event Management (F2F) and Medical Meetings (MM) since the year 2000. These dual brands work in specific market segments. F2F in the corporate arena specialling in incentives and corporate programs. MM working in the Healthcare sector since 1988. With over 25 years’ experience in the hotel tourism and event industries. Stephen plays a very hands-on role within the company and maintains strong partnerships with clients and suppliers alike. The company has offices in Sydney and Melbourne and delivers in excess of 100+ events p.a.

Stephen has been an active Advisory Board Member to multiple major hotel chains and has an excellent knowledge of the Events Industry and works on a daily basis with a highly talented team of event managers obtaining great outcomes for client events year-on-year. Other roles within hotel and tourism sectors include:-
• A Professional Judge in the Restaurant and Catering Association Awards for Excellence (13 Years)
• Journalist and columnist for the Ansett Inflight magazines performing Hotel and Restaurant features.(5 Years)
• Group Sales Manager – Peppers Hotel Group
• Publishing roles with Murdoch Magazines working as a photographer and columnist
• Multiple Hotel positions for the Wentworth Hotel which became the Sheraton and is today the Sofitel Wentworth.

Today in 2020, Stephen leads one of the most passionate event management tribes delivering events throughout Asia Pacific. His ability to remain at the forefront of all of the latest event-trends and destinations is a 20 year work-in-progress. Stephen’s business partner is Gina Peterson was the first employee of the company in 1988 and now co-owner of the firm in 2020 spanning a career of 32 years in the same company.
