Despite selling over half the show floor, Co-Owners Gary Bender & Donna Kessler have decided to postpone due to concerns over the implications COVID-19 will have on buyer's capacity to book and spend in the year ahead. The success of the show's brand is based on very strong ROI for exhibitors, rather than risking a lower than normal return for exhibitors, we have taken the decision to postpone the show until 2021.
Get Global announces initiative to support regional areas affected by fire. Although Get Global is an outbound show, as a one-off they are offering 5 regions a chance to be part of the show. This will give direct access to leading event, meeting and conference organisers enabling them to provide updates on their region and to show that it's business as usual. The inaugural GET Global outbound MICE tradeshow held at the ICC Sydney on 28 July has been hailed a triumph as 120 exhibitors showcased a diverse range of products, destinations and experiences from 20 countries to 240 buyers.
